Christie Sell For Sessions Judge

It is my pleasure to recommend incumbent Hamilton County Sessions Court Judge Christie Sell for re-election.  I have known her since well before her election when she was working in the community.  

Because of her background in family law, she is compassionate and thoughtful about how defendants’ decisions affect their families.  She is a highly qualified and experienced judge who has heard thousands of cases.  Her extensive knowledge and expertise enable her to hear and analyze cases, make sound judgments and render fair decisions.

Judge Sell has demonstrated her leadership in many community activities and was instrumental in establishing a domestic violence court in Hamilton County. She is a valuable asset to our community and will continue to serve us well on the bench.  I encourage everyone to join me in voting for her in the upcoming election.

Rite Aid Pharmacist Robbed At Gunpoint On Sunday

A Rite Aid pharmacist was robbed at gunpoint on Sunday.  At approximately 11:30 a.m. the Chattanooga Police Department responded to 5441 Highway 153 for a robbery from business at the Rite Aid Pharmacy.  The suspect entered the Rite Aid, approached the pharmacy counter and presented a note to the pharmacist.  The suspect then brandished a handgun, demanded ... Bobby Dodd Lawsuit Against City Moved To Federal Court

A lawsuit brought by former Chattanooga Police Chief Bobby Dodd against the city of Chattanooga and the Chattanooga Fire and Police Pension Fund over his pension has been moved to Federal Court.
