Riverbend Festival Shuttle Information

The Riverbend Festival shuttle is no longer offering rides from Finley Stadium. 

The new shuttle route is from the Chattanooga Choo-Choo to the Marina Gate of Riverbend Festival and will operate from 6:15 p.m.-midnight.  The shuttle fee is $1. 

Carta offers free shuttle service from the Choo-Choo until 11 p.m.

Chattanooga State Offers Free Wednesday Night Comedy Improv

Comedy improvisation returns to Chattanooga State with second year students of the Professional Actor Training Program, joined by faculty and staff.  It will be held Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. in the Humanities Theatre.  The scenes are improvised from audience suggestions.   The show is for all ages and is free.   (click for more)

In Surprise Vote, Chattanooga City Council Turns Down Short Term Vacation Rentals

In a surprise vote, the City Council on Tuesday night turned down allowing a process to legalize short term vacation rentals in Chattanooga. Only Chip Henderson and Jerry Mitchell voted in favor.
