Should Age Matter?

  • Sunday, July 13, 2014

Disclaimer, I am neither Republican nor Democrat, I vote for who I believe is the best candidate regardless of party.  That said, all you letter writers knocking Weston Wamp because of his age and lack of "experience" need to give it a rest.

If you don't like his message then don't support him but good grief, look what our "experienced" group in Washington has given us.  An average 8th grade Civics class without the "help" from special interests and campaign money could do better than what we have now, especially in the House.

The current situation is the best case we have for new and young blood.  Lets face it, these career politicians will never vote themselves out of office and support term limits, it's up to the voters to stop sending the same idiots back time and again.

On a side note, I will support any politician that promises to take care of important local issues first like keeping heavy trucks out of the left lane on I-24 across Missionary Ridge.
