Tennessee American Water and the city of Chattanooga co-hosted the Kentucky/Tennessee Water professionals conference at Coolidge Park.

The public event was held to promote awareness of what it takes to deliver clean water and what consumers can do to conserve and protect water.

Tennessee American Water employees volunteered at the People's Choice water taste contest.

Popcorn, sno-cones and tap water was served by student volunteers.

TVA was quite a hit with a fish tank that showed the ecosystem in area streams and rivers.

A volunteer showed in a microscopic what organisms are found in untreated water.
