Leaders from business, government, education, churches, and the arts are among the faculty who will address Christian leaders at Willow Creek Association’s 2014 Global Leadership Summit, broadcast live via satellite from Willow Creek’s South Barrington, Il. location and hosted locally by Abba’s House in Hixson.

On Aug. 14 and 15, more than 80,000 will gather at 310+ churches across the U.S. to hear from an internationally known faculty that includes Tyler Perry, filmmaker, actor, and philanthropist; Jeffrey Immelt, president and CEO of General Electric; Carly Fiorina, former CEO of Hewlett-Packard and Chairman of Good 360; Wilfredo De Jesús, senior pastor at New Life Covenant Church, author, and one of Time Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People in 2013; and Bill Hybels, founder and senior pastor at Willow Creek Community Church.

"In a cultural climate where distrust is high, it is more important than ever to demand strength and integrity from leaders. This hard-hitting conference is committed to helping pastors and Christian leaders strengthen their leadership edge and restore vitality to their organizations," officials stated.

“For 20 years, WCA has equipped pastors and Christian leaders with vision, training, and resources,” says WCA President, Gary Schwammlein. “The Global Leadership Summit challenges leaders to implement strategic leadership principles that can help them build vitality within their organizations.”
