Man, 21, Arrested In Hidden Camera Case

An arrest has been made in a case in which a hidden camera shaped like an ink pen was apparently placed in several local restrooms.

Chattanooga Police last Sunday, received from a citizen a hidden camera that apparently had been placed by an unknown suspect in the men’s restroom at the Chattanooga Billiards Club downtown. 

The footage from the camera was reviewed by Investigators with the homicide unit and a potential suspect was revealed.  Investigators were able to identify one of the locations seen on the camera and from that located the suspect's place of employment. 

With the assistance of the management of a local Kangaroo station, investigators were able to identify the suspect as Justin Jamar Wilson, 21. 

Wilson was arrested on Friday for observation without consent and booked at the Hamilton County Jail.

Police said the device contained images of different males using the men's restroom. One showed a minor at a urinal.
