Georgia Man Arrested For Human Trafficking, Promoting Prostitution

Pair Charged With Aggravated Kidnapping, Aggravated Rape

The Hamilton County Grand Jury has indicted two men on charges of aggravated kidnapping and aggravated rape. Charged are Darren Lee Smith, 22, and Iver Diaz-Cruz, 19. The indictment says the incident with a woman happened Dec. 28 and 29. Witnesses include an East Ridge detective and an employee of 4 A's Inn on Ringgold Road. (click for more)

Innocent Until Proven Guilty, Even Athletes

From reading Randy Smith's column on the lawsuit against UT it is pretty evident that he never took a legal course in his life.
