2 Chattanooga Red Lobsters Sold For $8.1 Million

The two Red Lobster restaurants in Chattanooga have been sold for a total of over $8.1 million.

The Red Lobster at 2131  Northgate Mall Dr. by Northgate Mall in Hixson sold for $3,226,655.

The unit at 2200 Bams Dr. near Hamilton Place Mall in East Brainerd sold for $4,929,215.

The properties had been owned by Gmri Inc. (formerly General Mills Restaurants).

They were bought by Chattanooga to Arcp Rl Portfolio Vi Llc (American Realty Capital Properties).
