Forest Cove Apartments To Hold Grand Opening

Forest Cove Apartments in Chattanooga, a Housing Group development, is celebrating the grand opening and ribbon cutting of its 120-unit luxury community on Thursday, at 1 p.m., at 7700 Aspen Lodge Way, Chattanooga, Tn. 37421. 

Forest Cove is almost full on the leasing of its first building and 30-percent leased for Phase I, which includes five buildings.

Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce will attend the grand opening and ribbon cutting with Housing Trust Group's Pres/CEO Matthew Rieger.

Downtown Chattanooga Office Building Sells For $4.4 Million

A downtown Chattanooga office building has been sold for $4.4 million. The sale is to Amca Lp from Cbb Real Estate Partners, which has offices in the Krystal Building. The location is at 736 Broad Street at the corner of Eighth. It was built around 1927 and has 109,642 square feet of space.   (click for more)
