Charles E. Fuller, 71, of Chattanooga and formerly of Sale Creek, died on Tuesday, July 29, 2014.
Mr. Fuller retired from the Hamilton County Highway Department after 30 years of service.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy Fuller; children, Phillip, Cherie' and Sean Fuller; sister, Shirley Millsaps.
Private graveside services will be held in Welsh-Rogers Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Legacy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Soddy Daisy.
