Nancy Lieberman, Lady Magic To Be In Cleveland For Fundraiser

Nancy Lieberman, The Lady Magic, first female basketball hall-of-famer, coach, founder of the Nancy Lieberman Foundation, Do-Gooder, DreamCourt Builder will be coming from Dallas to help raise funds for the future DreamCourt basketball court at the Cleveland, TN B&G Club on Lay Street. $15,000 have been raised so far.

She will be at the OcoeeRiverJam on Saturday, from 2:30-5 p.m.


Lee To Host Faculty Wind Quintet

Motorcyclist Killed In Wreck On E. 34th Street

Brandon Tuders, 21, was killed in a motorcycle accident Friday afternoon.   Chattanooga Police Officers responded to a single vehicle motorcycle crash in the 1900 block of East 34th Street.   The accident occurred at approximately  12 p.m.  Witnesses said the motorcycle was traveling east on 34th Street on the wrong side of the road in a curve. ... Firefighters Respond To House Fire Friday Afternoon On Cameron Lane

The  Chattanooga Fire Department responded to 4921 Cameron Lane on a residential house fire on Friday around  12:30 p.m. The homeowner said that he returned home to see smoke coming from his roof top vents.
