Burglary Suspect Caught In The Act On Middle Valley Road

Deputies with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office responded to 7931 Middle Valley Road Monday morning at approximately 8:21 a.m. on a burglary in progress. 

Witnesses advised a white male parked his vehicle in a church parking lot close to the residence and then walked through the woods to the residence he entered.

Deputies arrived at the residence on Middle Valley Road where they surrounded the house and observed David Hunter inside. He was verbally instructed to make his way to front door where he was taken into custody and charged with burglary.

Officials said, "Quick actions taken by observant neighbors who notified law enforcement were certainly instrumental in the successful conclusion to this crime."
