CITY ATTORNEY’S OFFICE
a.    A resolution to engage the law firms of (1) Tidwell & Izell PC; (2) Miller & Martin, LLP; (3) King & Spalding, LLP; (4) Frost Brown Todd, LLC; and (5) Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, LLP for legal services for the period of July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015 with the option to extend the blanket contracts for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods, for a total amount not to exceed $175,000.00.

GENERAL SERVICES
b.    A resolution authorizing the Director of General Services to enter into a contract with Family Concessions, LLC for concession services at the Memorial Auditorium and Tivoli Theater for a term of twelve (12) months with the option of three (3) additional twelve (12) month renewals for an estimated annual amount of $150,000.00 to the vendor and $50,000.00 to the City.  (District 7)

c.    A resolution authorizing the approval of Change Order No. 1 (Final) for Yerbey Concrete Construction relative to the Brainerd Road SEP Project, for an increase of $3,372.04, for a total revised contract amount not to exceed $98,494.04.  (District 5)

d.    A resolution authorizing Waters-Holland, LLC c/o Mitch Holland to use temporarily an unopened alley connecting Federal Street and 923 Endicott Street, as shown on the photo and drawing attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, subject to certain conditions.  (District 2)

e.    A resolution authorizing World of Beer c/o Frank Hudson to use temporarily the front sidewalk for outdoor seating/dining located at the New World Beer establishment on 412 Market Street, as shown on the photo and drawing attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, subject to certain conditions.  (District 7)  (Revised)

f.    A resolution authorizing E. 10th Street RSD, LLC c/o Chris Curtis to use temporarily the right-of-way located on Douglas and University Streets and an unnamed ten foot (10’) alley for a portion of the concrete footings; and on Douglas Street for the canopy/awnings/roof overhang areas for the apartment building on East 10th Street, as shown on the photo and drawings attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, subject to certain conditions.  (District 8)

i.    A resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an amended agreement with Hamilton County and the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) for an additional $1,160,000.00 transportation enhancement grant and $290,000.00 required match from private funds for total additional funds of $1,450,000.00 for construction of the next phase of the downtown Riverwalk.
