Sharon Jo Woodward, 63, of Dayton, Tn., died on Tuesday, August 19, 2014.
She was employed at Olan Mills for more than 20 years.
Her parents, Samuel and Joyce Grant, and her step-father, John Webb, preceded her in death.
Sharon is survived by her husband of 18 years, Thurman Ralph Woodward and her brother, John Grant. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 22, at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home.
Services will be private at a later date.
