William Franklin, Jr.
William “Toney” Franklin, Jr. died on August 24, 2014.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Franklin, Sr. and Willow Mae Ellison; and two siblings.
Survivors include his nephew, Terrance Franklin, and several close friends.
Funeral services will held at noon on Thursday, Aug. 28, in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Wayne Johnson officiating. Interment will be in Highland Cemetery.
The body will lie in state after noon on Wednesday, Aug. 27, and the family will receive friends from 7–8 p.m. at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
