Nurse Goodbody and Dr. Shock
Shock Theatre will air on WDEF early Sept. 7, just after midnight at 12:05 a.m. The haunted world features classic and contemporary horror films, hosted by the Dr. Shock and his sidekick Nurse Goodbody. Joining them is the puppet Dingbat and a new addition as puppet master, a “dream reaper,” known as The“Dirge.” The three exchange banter and discuss facts drawn from “The Brain That Wouldn’t Die,” presented by Shock Theatre .
The cast and crew of Shock Theatre have completed it’s seventh episode, which is a horror hosting package created to present “The Brain That Wouldn’t Die.” In this episode viewers can expect to see Dingbat chosen to be Dr. Shock’s next patient. He undergoes an operation and that’s where "all the fun begins."
In addition to presenting “The Brain That Wouldn’t Die,” Shock Theatre is joined by musical guest Kevn Kenny from Drivin and Cryin.
The Shock Theatre program has a new schedule with WDEF TV12. Shock Theatre fans will be able to find the show on the first Saturday of every month on WDEF TV12.
