Patsy Hazlewood won the House District 27 seat over Tommy Crangle.

Rep. Vince Dean defeated longtime Criminal Court Clerk Gwen Tidwell.

General Sessions Court Judge Christie Sell defeated attorney Rex Sparks, and Juvenile Court Judge Rob Philyaw won over Yolanda Echols Mitchell. Assistant Prosecutor Steve Smith defeated longtime Public Defender Ardena Garth.
