Janice Gail Hope, 62, of Ooltewah, TN, passed away on August 11, 2014.
She was born in Cincinnati, OH on January 24,1952 to the late R. L. Thompson and Doris Thompson Brooks. She was of the Baptist faith. Janice was always devoted to her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Beverly Thompson; and three brothers Richard Thompson, Charles "Bobo" Brooks and Michael Brooks.
Janice is survived by one daughter, Robyn Hope and her husband Rusty Odom of Rossville, GA; six grandchildren, Abigail Odom, Samantha Odom, Brody Odom, Amber Odom, Hunter Odom and Daniel Reyburn; one sister, Sandy Parkerson (William) of Apison, TN; one sister-in-law, Brenda Thompson also of Apison, TN; and numerous other extended family members and special friends.
A graveside memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 20 at 2 p.m. at the Morris Hill Baptist Church Cemetery located at 1804 Morris Hill Road in the East Brainerd area.
