Perk Evans, of Cleveland, TN, passed away Saturday, September 13, 2014 in a local hospital.
He was a trusty son, steadfast father, faithful friend and brilliant thinker.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, September 21, in the chapel of Grissom-Serenity Funeral Home with the Reverend Hank Davis officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Friday, September 19, at the Grissom Funeral Home, who has charge of the arrangements.
