Pauline Godwin Fouraker, 88, died after a short illness on August 31, 2014.
Polly worked for Southern Bell for over 41 years. She was a member of Zonta Club, the Southside Women’s Club and Spring Glen United Methodist Church.
Polly was preceded in death by her husband, Elmo Lee Fouraker; one brother and three sisters.
Polly is survived by daughter Robin Fouraker of Chattanooga, TN; sister Elisabeth Prosser; niece Pam Shirley Morgan (Charles); and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Polly’s name to Southside Women’s Club, 2560 Club Terrace, Jacksonville, Fl. 32207.
Memorial services will be conducted at Spring Glen United Methodist Church, 6007 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, Fl. 32216, on Saturday, Sept. 13, at 10 a.m.
Arrangements are by the Chattanooga Funeral Home Crematory and Florist, North Chapel, Highway 153, Hixson, Tn. 37343.
