Joyce Frank Helton, 82, of Chattanooga died on Sunday, September 21, 2014.                      

She was a member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Joyce retired from Belk Department Store and worked at Lookout Beauty Supply for 26 years. She graduated Chattanooga Central High School.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Louise McCord Frank and husband, James T. Helton.   

She is survived by her daughters, Valerie (Jessie) Johnson, Sharon (Steve) Morris; sister, Dorothy Frank; granddaughters, Sydney and Samantha Morris; step-grandsons, Adam and Paul Johnson; step great-granddaughters, Polly and Audrey Johnson, all of Chattanooga and special cousin, Marilyn Friedman.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 24, in the funeral home chapel with Dr. Gary Carver officiating.  Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.

The family would like to thank the staff at NHC of Chattanooga and Hospice of Chattanooga for their compassionate care.
