Claudia Nygaard will play at Charles and Myrtle's Coffeehouse Oct. 4

Claudia Nygaard will be performing for one night only in Chattanooga on Saturday, Oct. 4, 8 p.m. at Charles and Myrtle's Coffeehouse.  The coffeehouse is inside Christ Unity Church at 105 McBrien Road.  There is an $8 suggested donation at the door.

Review for Claudia Nygaard:

Her amber honey voice would be reason enough to catch her show, but she is also a born storyteller with a quick with and a charismatic connection to her audience. Moving from heartfelt to humorous and from scrappy to sensual, the stories she weaves in between her songs link together writing that is emotionally fearless.

Nygaard is a former staff songwriter from Nashville's famed Music Row who has won numerous awards for her writing including the Kerrville Folk Festival songwriting competition. Her last CD "Let The Storm Roll In" climbed to #1 on the Roots Country Chart, with every song on the CD receiving airplay.
