Chili's Celebrates Re-Grand Opening Monday

Chili’s Bar and Grill will celebrate a re-grand opening with ribbon cutting on Monday at 11 a.m. at509 Northgate Mall Dr.  The Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce will coordinate this event. 

Chili’s has a new look with "fresh, spacious atmospheres highlighting the southwestern heritage at locations around the country."  The restaurant has new flat screens that are bigger and can be seen from anywhere in the bar or dining area. There is also new lighting, new seating and new wood tables. 

Hours of operation are from 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 11 a.m.-12 a.m. Friday and Saturday.



Logan's Roadhouse Closing Gunbarrel Road Restaurant

  Logan's Roadhouse is closing its restaurant at 2119 Gunbarrel Road. The last day of operation was Wednesday. The chain still has five other Chattanooga-area locations. Grubhub Online Food Delivery Service Expands To Chattanooga

 Grubhub, an online food-ordering company, has expanded its delivery capabilities to 34 more markets across 19 states, including Chattanooga. The expansion was completed throughout the first quarter of 2018 and is part of  Grubhub's  plan to grow its delivery network to reach more than 100 new markets this year, officials said. Walker Sentenced To 4 Years In State Prison For Tragic Woodmore Bus Wreck

Johnthony Walker was sentenced to four years in state prison on Tuesday in connection with a school bus crash that claimed six lives and injured 22 other Woodmore Elementary students. Pet Raccoon That Was Destroyed Did Not Have Rabies

A pet raccoon that was destroyed in order to test for rabies after biting a neighbor child did not have rabies, Chattanooga attorney Chris Jones.
