Safe Choice Security has released its list of Tennessee's Safest Cities and Signal Mountain ranked second. Collegedale ranked 10th. The list ranks Nolensville as the top safest city in the state while the town next door, Smyrna, closed the list at #20.

Officials said, "To ensure the accuracy of our rankings, we compared crime statistics (including both property and violent crimes) of over 300 cities in Tennessee to determine our list of the safest cities.
All of the cities on this list should be very proud to be considered the safest in the state of Tennessee."
