Leitner, Williams, Dooley and Napolitan, PLLC announced the new managing member of the firm, M. Andrew Pippenger. The law firm has offices in Chattanooga, Knoxville, Nashville, Memphis and Atlanta.
Mr. Pippenger grew up in Cleveland, Tn. and joined the firm in 1998. He graduated from Rhodes College in 1993, and the University of Tennessee, College of Law, in 1996.
Mr. Pippenger represents plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of litigation, from complex commercial litigation to cases alleging catastrophic personal injury.
He is a member of the Chattanooga and Georgia Bar Associations, Defense Research Institute, ALFA International, and a graduate of Tennessee Bar Association Leadership Law.
