James Deforest Powell, 30, of 227 Howell Drive, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested January 9 on a charge of attempting to obtain a controlled substance.

Stephanie Ann Barrett, 29, of 46 Travis Road, Rossville was arrested January 9 on a charge of public drunkenness.

Heather Shyann Dunn, 19, of 311 Meeting Street, Apt.

2, Dalton was arrested January 9 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Dakota Lee Basham, 21, of 114 West Colston Lane, Tunnel Hill was arrested January 9 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Charles Keith Vandergriff, 34, of 78 Perkins Lane, Rossville was arrested January 10 on charges of driving under the influence of multiple substances and open container.

Donna Marie Alexander, 32, of 230 Hays Street, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested January 10 on charges of failure to yield when entering or crossing and leaving the scene of an accident.

William Preston Morris, 20, of 541 Indian Springs Road, Ringgold was arrested January 10 on charges of reckless conduct and terroristic threats and acts.

Kendrick Steffon Rogers, 19, of 721 Mary Agnes Drive, Rossville was arrested January 11 on an outstanding warrant.

Jacob Allan Shiveley, 36, of 302 Proctor Road, Rossville was arrested January 11 on charges of possession of tools for the commission of a crime and possession of marijuana.

Ryan Dale Shiveley, 33, of 7249 East Brainerd Road, Apt. 159, Chattanooga was arrested January 11 on charges of expired registration, drugs not kept in original container, no license on person, possession of marijuana, possession of schedule II drugs and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

Amber Lynn Headrick, 21, of 5408 Glenn Falls, Chattanooga was arrested January 11 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Sheri Marisa Ellis, 50, of 207 Chambers Street, Rossville was arrested January 12 on a charge of driving while license suspended.

Micah Aren Cash, 29, of 3315 East Broomtown Road, Lafayette was arrested January 12 on charges of obstruction of officers and theft by shoplifting.

Kristen Nichole Smith, 21, of 87 Elaine Circle, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested January 12 on a charge of theft by taking.

Brandi Leigh Harbin, 30, of 411 School Street, Rossville was arrested January 14 on a charge of theft by deception.

Xavier Turner, 19, of 7576 Highway 136, Chickamauga was arrested January 14 for probation violation.

Tommy Derwin Younce, 47, of 132 Lewis Road, Rossville was arrested January 14 on charges of disorderly conduct and pedestrian under the influence of alcohol.

Zachary Jacob Armstrong, 23, of 52 Rock Haven Lane, Chickamauga was arrested January 15 on a charge of public intoxication.

Debbie Lou Thurmond, 61, of 379 McDonald Road, Rossville was arrested January 15 on charges of affixing tag with intent to misrepresent, driving on suspended license and no proof of insurance.

Nehemias Waldemar Parez Lopez, 22, of 2819 Third Avenue, Chattanooga was arrested January 15 on charges of driving while unlicensed and failure to stop at a stop sign.
