The Royal Valentine Dance, this area’s first father daughter dance from Olde England, is a production of Chattanooga Presents, The event will be held on Friday, Feb. 13 from 6-9 p.m. at The Granfalloon, a new event space at 400 East Main Street, in the ClearStory building.
Guests are invited to come dressed for a party and enjoy a sit-down dinner catered by The English Rose Tearoom, featuring a choice of cottage pie, chicken vegetable pie or spinach quiche, each accompanied by a salad, scone and Victorian sponge cake for dessert.
Drinks will include hot tea, coffee, water or Sprite.
Each couple will be “announced” as they enter the room, and each girl will receive a red rose souvenir. Following the proper dinner, the mood changes into a lively dance party as people move to the center floor and dance to their favorite hits played by a live DJ (also open to special requests).
