Michele Bowman
FSG Bank announced that Michele Bowman has been promoted to the role of senior vice president, retail branch operations. Ms. Bowman has over 25 years of experience in retail branch operations, and has served in many different roles within retail banking at various financial institutions including FSG Bank.
In her new role, Ms. Bowman will focus on team building and coaching, regulatory compliance and branch documentation.
According to Martin Schrodt, executive vice president and retail line of business manager, she is a tremendous asset to the FSG Bank team, stating, “Michele has proven experience working with teams in a community bank setting, her expertise in operations will mean an increased value added support structure.”
Ms. Bowman received her Bachelor of Science from Lee University and is an MBA candidate at Belhaven University. She is actively involved in various community organizations.
