Brad Chastain, 54, of Georgetown, TN, passed away Tuesday evening, January 27, 2015 at the family residence.

Brad was retired from M and M Mars in Cleveland with over 30 years of service. He was currently employed with Amazon in Chattanooga. He loved all outdoor activities including boating, traveling and fishing. He was of the Baptist faith.

Brad is survived by his companion, Tammy Shahan of Georgetown; his children, Ashleigh Llewallyn and her husband Kevin of Tunnel Hill, GA, Nick Chastain of Dalton, Nathan Chastain and his wife Christen of Chattanooga and Aaron Chastain and his wife Kristen of Harrison; his grandchildren, Haley, Braylah and Madison Chastain; his mother, Mary Lou Chastain of Cleveland; his father, Curtis Chastain of Reliance; sisters, Kathy Cecil and Connie Calfee both of Cleveland; his brother, Joe Chastain and his wife Donna of Cleveland; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will celebrate Brad’s life by having family and friends for visitation Friday, January 30 from 5-8 p.m. at the Wildwood Ave. Chapel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made in remembrance of Brad to Avalon Hospice Athens, 740 Tell St. Athens TN., 37303.
