Shamblin, Jeanette (Cleveland)

Jeanette Shamblin, 80, of Cleveland, TN, passed away Friday, January 30, 2015 in a local health care facility. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, George Sr. and Millie Johnson; and siblings, Willie Mae Kirkpatrick and George Johnson, Jr.

She is survived by her children, Richard Shamblin and wife, Barbara of Old Fort and Gary Shamblin and wife Kelly of Cleveland; three grandchildren, Angela Shamblin, Brian Shamblin and Warren Langley; two great-grandchildren, Kelsie Davis and Bailey Rogers; sister, Betty Ogle and husband, Willard of Cleveland; and several nieces, nephews and extended family members.

Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, February 1, in the chapel of Grissom-Serenity Funeral Home with Pastor Doug Bell officiating. Interment will follow in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens. 

The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Saturday, January 31, at the Grissom Funeral Home, who has charge of the arrangements.
