Fifteen townhomes are set to go in on a half-acre lot near Main Street and Adams Street.
Alton Properties is seeking rezoning for the project.
The vacant site is at the southeast corner of Main and Adams with access from both streets and an alley.
The RPA staff is recommending approval for the rezoning.
