George, charging each with attempted first-degree murder and aggravated arson. Judge Gary Starnes set each's bond at $3 million.

On Thursday, Shouse and Ms. George turned themselves into law enforcement officials in the Shreveport, La. area. Both remain in custody awaiting extradition proceedings.
