Sheriff's Office Seeking Eyewitnesses From Oct. 2 Wreck That Claimed Life Of Toddler On Boy Scout Road

The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office is requesting anyone in the community who may have witnessed or assisted with trying to help the victims of the crash on Oct. 2 which claimed the life of a toddler on Boy Scout Road to contact the Traffic Division at 423-893-3503, ext. 260. Please leave a message if no answer).

Officials said, "In order to gather necessary information pertinent to the crash, Traffic Investigators would like to speak to any eye witnesses who may have seen the wreck occur or may have stopped to provide assistance to the family prior to EMS and Police arrival.

These eye witness accounts are very important for the investigation and may help shed additional light on how this accident occurred.

"Interviewing eye witnesses is a standard part of most traffic investigations. Their testimony can help shed light on various aspects of the accident just prior to or after the event occurred.

The wreck occurred at approximately 11 a.m. near the 1000 block of Boy Scout Road.
