Here is the Fort Oglethorpe arrest report for Oct. 9-15:

George Michael Vickery, 57, of 53 Pine Hill Street, Rossville was arrested October 8 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while license suspended/revoked.

Troy McKinley Smith, 27, of 4833 Brighton Lane, Hixson was arrested October 9 on charges of financial transaction card fraud, theft by taking and unauthorized use of a financial transaction card.

Durell Hassan Kemp, 44, of 4300 Flat Shoals Road, Apt.

1108, Union City, GA was arrested October 8 for forgery.

Jacob O’Neal Meadows, 26, of 217 Woodford Way SE, Calhoun was arrested October 8 for theft by shoplifting.

Patricia Ann Rica, 57, of 51 Collette Avenue, Rossville was arrested October 9 on charges of acquiring license plate for purpose of concealing, child safety restraint, driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance and operation of unregistered vehicle.

Denise Ann Wilbanks, 65, of 436 Redbud Avenue, Rossville was arrested October 9 for theft by shoplifting.

Theodore Russel Semonski, 54, of 406 Redbud Avenue, Rossville was arrested October 9 for theft by shoplifting.

Matthew Tyrone Sisson, 35, of 4218 Morning Side Drive, Chattanooga was arrested October 10 on charges of giving false name/false information to police and theft by shoplifting.

David MichaelHarrell, 37, of 1998 Hidden Lakes Drive, Ringgold was arrested October 11 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to dim headlights and failure to maintain lane.

Grant Tucker Holdbrooks, 19, of 7509 Ziggler Avenue, Chattanooga was arrested October 11 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, no proof of insurance, underage consumption, failure to maintain lane, too fast for conditions and violation of Class D license.

Maggie May Ryner, 31, of 54 Tulip Lane, Rossville was arrested October 13 on charges of loitering and prowling and violation of Georgia’s controlled substance act.

Dallas Ronnie Collins, Jr., 44, of 224 Berry Road, Rossville was arrested October 13 on charges of violation of Georgia’s controlled substance act, obstruction of officers and loitering and prowling.
