A month after raising rates at downtown meters, CARTA had $76,186 in net meter revenue.
That includes paying the city a $20,000 fee - a charge that will be going away.
CARTA for September brought in $219,409 in meter income.
The onstreet enforcement expense was $122,599.
Other expense included the $20,000 to the city and $684 on a Republic Parking loan.
It was also enough money to cover the cost of running the free downtown shuttle.
After that $54,201 expense, it left a net $21,986.
