Tyler Enix has been arrested and Brooklynne Enix, 2, has been found safe in Morrow County, Ohio.

Officials said, "An observant driver spotted the suspect vehicle and did the right thing and called 911."

Brooklynne Enix was the subject of a Tennessee statewide AMBER Alert.

On Wednesday, officers from Knoxville Police discovered the body of Brooklynne’s mother in her residence. The investigation led the police department to issue a warrant late Wednesday charging Tyler Ward Enix, Brooklynne’s father, with first-degree murder.

After issuing the AMBER Alert, authorities had been attempting to substantiate a variety of tips about the whereabouts of the child and her father.

Enix, 36, had just been placed on the TBI's 10 Most Wanted List.

He was captured this morning in a rural area of Morrow County, Ohio. A citizen had heard the AMBER Alert on the radio and realized he was behind the vehicle referenced in the alert. The citizen called 911 and deputies with the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office responded and initiated a traffic stop. Enix was taken into custody without incident.

On Tuesday, Enix’s wife Kimberly was found murdered in her apartment. Neighbors saw Tyler Enix driving away from the apartment in his wife’s car before she was discovered.

Enix was being interviewed by Ohio law enforcement authorities.
