Leathea Ann O’Neal, 73, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away Friday, Oct. 2, 2015, in a local health care facility.
Leathea was the daughter of the late Phoebe and Ashley Harper. She was a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps and she worked at the Pentagon. Leathea owned and operated the Honey Bee Dress Shop in Gatlinburg, for a number of years. She was an avid QVC shopper and she was of the Christian Faith.
Survivors include her daughter, Leathea Elaine O’Neal of Cleveland; her sons, Michael Edward Speagle and his wife Asia of Oscoda, MI, Ronald Casper Speagle and his wife Wei of China, Charles Scott Speagle of Columbia, South America and Phillip Gregory O’Neal of Pigeon Forge, TN; her 16 grandchildren; her sister, Martha Harper of Miami, FL; and several nieces and nephews.
The Remembrance of Life Graveside Service and Interment will be conducted Tuesday, Oct. 6, at 2:30 p.m. from the U. S. National Cemetery in Chattanooga with Reverend William Robinson officiating. Military Honors will be given.
The Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Chapel has charge of the arrangements.
