Carolyn Key Shelton, 58, of Rossville, Georgia, died on Tuesday, October 6, 2015 in a local hospital.
Carolyn was a 1975 graduate of Kirkman Technical High School and Chattanooga State. She was employed with U. T. Erlanger by Dr. Bill Moore Smith. She loved sports, white water, the Tennessee Vols and Dragon Race Rowing on the Tennessee River for Sports Medicine. She loved all people and especially her patients. She was helpful and supportive of people wherever she went. She continues to help others by being an organ donor.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alton and Louise Key.
Survivors include her brother, Alton (Connie) Key, sister, Dora Anne Key, niece, Shannon Peters, nephew, Eric Key, companion, Ronnie D. Harwood, cousins, Cindy (Michael) Shipley and Wallace Davis as well as a host of friends.

A Life Celebration will be held on Sunday, Oct. 11, at First United Pentecostal Church, 1556 Cloud Springs Road, Fort Oglethorpe, Ga. from 2-5 p.m.
