BlueCross Picks Director Of Health And Wellness Product Strategy

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee has selected Tina Mathur as director of health and wellness product strategy.

In this role, Ms. Mathur will lead the BlueHealth Solutions team, which produces and manages workplace wellness programs and health management initiatives for large BlueCross-insured employers.

“We are excited to have Tina as part of our leadership team,” said Carla Raynor, vice president of strategic marketing for BlueCross. “She’ll use her enthusiasm and expertise to enhance the health and wellness offerings available to our members.”

Ms.
Mathur comes to BlueCross from UnitedHealthcare, where she served as a health strategies consultant for customer analysis and solutions. In this position, she helped private and public sector clients design and implement award-winning plans for health management and worksite wellness programs. 

Ms. Mathur holds a bachelor of arts as well as a master of public health and doctorate of philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh.
