County Commissioner Sabrena Smedley and City Councilman Larry Grohn are hosting their last community meeting of the year for Brainerd and East Hamilton County on Thursday. The meeting will be at Hawkinsville Missionary Baptist Church, 7463 Pinewood Dr., from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
The agenda will include:
1) Erlanger East Hospital - kidney and bladder health issues by Dr. Cory Schneck
2) TDOT on East Brainerd, Ooltewah-Ringgold and Apison Pike projects
3) County Sheriff and City Police - especially on crime prevention, property protection and the upcoming holiday season (doing a home inventory)
4) Developments and proposed projects in the area
5) Moccasin Bend National Park - citizen comment requested
6) Hamilton Place Transportation Connectivity Study - request for input
7) Gunbarrel Road expansion project update
8) Constituent issues, concerns and questions - Q and A session with Commissioner Smedley and Councilman Grohn
