BlueCross Hosts Drive-Thru Flu Shot Clinic; Food Drive Partnership With Mt. Canaan Baptist Set For Nov. 21

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee will partner with Mt. Canaan Baptist Church to help reduce flu illnesses and give back to the Chattanooga community with a drive-thru flu shot clinic and non-perishable food drive on Saturday, Nov. 21 at the Mt. Canaan Baptist Church Parking Lot (former K-Mart), 4801 Hwy. 58.

CVS Pharmacy representatives will be on-site in the church parking lot from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. to administer flu vaccines. BlueCross members over 19 years old can receive a free flu vaccine by showing a BlueCross insurance card.
The event is also open to those with other types of insurance, subject to applicable charges with their insurance company. Vaccines are available for $31 to those without insurance.

Attendees can also take advantage of the opportunity to donate non- perishable food items to the Chattanooga Area Food Bank.
