Lee University will present its annual student talent showcase, Parade of Favorites, on Saturday in the Conn Center at 7 p.m. 

This year’s theme is “Old Hollywood.” Victoria Brock, the director for the event, is a senior public relations major from Dacula, Ga. Cierra Motes, a communications major from Lithia Springs, Ga., is the assistant director. 

“It has been an amazing privilege to direct POF this year,” said Ms. Brock. “All of the contestants and their escorts have put in so much time and hard work. I cannot wait to share with everyone what they’ve been working on.” 

Various student organizations at Lee are represented by the 13 contestants. These organizations include Greek service clubs, the Student Leadership Council, Crossover Ministries, and the Lee University African Students Association.

Shelby Bergo is representing Alpha Gamma Chi. She is a senior communications major from Chanhassen, Minnesota. Clayton Wootton will escort her. 

Haley Bishop will represent Pi Kappa Pi. She is from Cleveland, and is a senior psychology major. She is also a member of Omega Alpha Phi, and will be escorted by sophomore Joseph Deraney. 

Representing Epsilon Lambda Phi is Hannah Buckingham, a senior public relations major from Sheridan, Wy. She will be escorted by senior Stuart Boyd. 

Sabryna Damstra will represent Tau Kappa Omega. She is a senior English education major with a minor in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). She is originally from Grand Rapids, Mi., and will be escorted by Dylan Dixon.

Maggie Glover of Sumiton, Ala., is representing Sigma Nu Sigma. She is a junior special education major and will be escorted by senior Ben Calhoun. 

Winner Isibor, representing LUASA, is a sophomore computer information systems major from Delta, Nigeria. Junior Gbenga Daramola will escort her. 

Briley Johnson will represent Upsilon Xi. She is from Cleveland, and is a senior elementary education major. Johnson is also a member of Sigma Nu Sigma. Hunter Osborne will escort her. 

Kendra Johnson, of Chattanooga, will be representing Omega Alpha Phi. She is a senior public relations major and will be escorted by senior Brandon Ramsey. 

Delta Zeta Tau will be represented by Jocelyn Lejameyer. She is a senior from Clarkston, Wa. and is studying health science with an emphasis in pre-occupational therapy. Senior Tyler Jarvis will escort her. 

Courtney Logan is representing the Student Leadership Council. She is a sophomore psychology major from Jasper, Ga., and will be escorted by junior Taylor Young. 

Joyce Pante will represent Theta Delta Kappa. She is a junior broadcast journalism major and is also a member of Epsilon Lambda Phi. Junior Jordan Guyton will be her escort. 

Julia Qualls will be representing Zeta Chi Lambda. She is a sophomore mathematics education major from Baxter, Tenn. Ms. Qualls will be escorted by junior Justin Sigel. 

Christina Sarmiento is representing Crossover Ministries. She is a senior intercultural studies major with a double minor in business and TESOL. Ms. Sarmiento is originally from Poughkeepsie, New York, and will be escorted by junior Landon Moss. 

The event is free and open to the public. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m.
