Chickamauga Christmas in the Streets will be held in Historical Chickamauga Georgia on Saturday, Dec.12 from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. There will be live music featuring Amber Fults and musical talent local artists and community churches.

"The streets will be lined with crafts vendors for your Christmas shopping needs and don’t forget to enjoy the food. Children will have a blast with the games and will have an opportunity to enter the gingerbread house contest. We will also have a makeover and tacky sweater contest. Head over to Elizabeth-Lee Methodist Church to hear their amazing handbell concert at 4 p.m. at their new activities building, or go check out the judging for the parade float contest," organizers said.

The Down Home Hillbilly Parade will begin at 6 p.m. and will come down Crittenden Avenue to Gordon Street, then turn left onto Cove Road, then end at the Gordon-Lee High School. The fun still continues with The Candle Light Tours at the Gordon-Lee Mansion from 6 p.m.-8p.m..
