Detectives with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office arrested Thomas Quarrel Holder, 19, on Friday, after the Hamilton County Grand Jury handed down indictments for felony reckless endangerment, contributing to the delinquency of a minor (three counts), possession of a prohibited weapon, unlawful carrying or possession of a weapon, and providing a firearm to a juvenile.
 
The indictments came as a result of the Sheriff’s Office investigation into the circumstances surrounding a 13-year-old being shot in the face at 6828 Buck Trail in Harrison on Sunday, Oct.
