Bald Headed Bistro announced this week that Aaron Reed had been promoted to managing partner.
The Bald Headed Bistro announced on Friday that Aaron Reed, previously the restaurant’s general manager, had been promoted to managing partner.
Mr. Reed joined the Bistro in 2004 and has held every position from host to assistant manager.
"Aaron is a great leader and his enthusiasm makes the Bistro’s team even stronger,” said Bistro Chief Manager Will Jones. “We all know that Aaron looks forward to coming to work each day and that he is determined to accomplish something special.”
Mr. Reed echoed Mr. Jones’ comments.
“I am very thankful to work with such amazing talent at this level, and we will only keep getting better,” he said. “I look forward to my new role and appreciate the faith that Will has shown in me.”
When he isn’t at the Bistro, Mr. Reed loves to travel and has visited East Asia and the Caribbean. He holds a degree in business administration from Lee University and is a certified associate of project management through the Project Management Institute in Newton Square, Pa.
Mr. Reed said the Bistro unveiled its new menu in September in honor of the restaurant’s 11th anniversary. He said the menu “is truly one of a kind. It is very hard to find the selection and quality that we offer. We want our guests to enjoy the local, regional, and seasonal food that made the Bistro famous. Our friends come back again and again because the Bistro offers the complete experience of outstanding cuisine, once-in-a-lifetime atmosphere, and staff that treat everyone who walks through that front door like royalty. Our staff is proud of what we do, and we are proud to say that we are in Cleveland. We take what we do very seriously.”
Celebrities who have dined at the Bistro include the cast of the television program, “Leave It to Beaver.” Other notables include Peyton Manning, Pat Summitt and Phillip Fulmer, as well as television reporter Orlando Salinas, Bruce Pearl, Marla Maples, Ricky Skaggs, comedian Willie P. Richardson, golf legend Paul Azinger and David Oreck.
