Larry Norman Fowler, 74, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away at his home on Sunday, November 22, 2015.
He was born Nov. 20, 1941 to the late Norman Bracket Fowler and to his mother who is still living, Lorena Sampson Fowler. Family was one of the most important part of Larry’s life. He was always very compassionate and caring to all that he knew. Larry enjoyed long rides through the mountains, camping, hunting and fishing. He did Millwright work for over thirty years and was a Co. Owner with his brother of LTT Millwright for sixteen years.
In addition to his father, Larry was preceded in death by his grandparents, Janie and Doc Fowler and Will and Dovie Sampson; and brother-in-law, Harold “Curley” Smith.
Larry is survived by his wife of 56 years, Nina Fowler; mother, Lorena Fowler; two sons, Gerald (Kendall) Fowler and Larry (Kelly) Fowler; two daughters, Candy (Michael) Clark and Tonya (Keith) Knox; one brother, Terry (Faye) Fowler; two sisters, Loretta (August) Harvey and Debbie (John) Cannon; grandchildren, Dustan (Dawn) Clark, Tanner (Candace) Clark, Alicia (William) Smith, Emily (Keith) Danniels, Christopher Clark, Erica Fowler, Nathan Fowler and Ben Fowler; two great-grandchildren, Nora Smith and Dean Clark; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 24 at Companion Funeral Home from 5 p.m. until service time at 7 p.m. Officiating will be Daniel White and James Vaughn. Burial will be the following day in Boanerges Cemetery at 1 p.m.
