Street Closures For Thursday And Friday

Here are the street closures for Thursday:

Grateful Gobbler 5K: from 7-11 a.m.  River Street between Renaissance Park and Coolidge Park will be closed.  Market Street will be closed from Frazier Avenue to Martin Luther King Boulevard.  The right lane on Cherokee Boulevard will also be closed from Manufacturers Road to Market Street.  For more information, please visit https://www.gratefulgobblerwalk.org/  

Sports Barn Turkey Trot: from 7 a.m.-noon.  Van Ness Road from Lee Highway to Vance Road will be closed.  The right southbound lane on Lee Highway will be closed from Vance Road to Jubilee Drive.  And the right northbound lane on Lee Highway will be closed from Aiken Road to Vance Road.  Please watch for a flagman on East Brainerd Road at Anderson Drive and runners running through the neighborhoods.  Officers will be on site directing traffic.  For more information, please visit http://www.sportsbarn.net/trot-info. 

Here are the street closures for Friday: 

Riverfront Parkway between Power Alley and Chestnut Street will be closed from approximately 6-9 p.m. during the lighted boat parade.
