Sarmiento Crowned Lee Miss Parade Of Favorites

Parade of Favorites Director Victoria Brock hugs POF 2015 winner Christina Sarmiento

Christina Sarmiento was named Lee University’s Miss Parade of Favorites 2015.  She represented Crossover Ministries and was escorted by Landon Moss.  Ms. Sarmiento was also awarded the interview and service awards. 

First runner up was awarded to Shelby Bergo, representing Alpha Gamma Chi. Her escort was Clayton Wootton. She also received the talent award for the night. 

Second runner up was Maggie Glover, escorted by Ben Calhoun. She was the representative for Sigma Nu Sigma. 

Hannah Buckingham, representing Epsilon Lambda Phi and escorted by Chase Clifton, was the third runner up. 

Haley Bishop, the representative for Pi Kappa Pi, was awarded fourth runner up. Her escort was Joseph Deraney. 

Winner Isibor was selected for the Kay McDaniel Woman of Achievement Award, given to the contestant headed on a path of success despite life’s obstacles. 

Julia Qualls received the congeniality award. 

Justin Sigel, escort of Julia Qualls and Zeta Chi Lambda representative, was presented the escort award. 

"It was so rewarding to see all of our hard work pay off,” said Victoria Brock, director of the event. “I am proud of this year’s winners.” 

This year’s theme was Old Hollywood. Cierra Motes was the assistant director and dance performances were choreographed by James Vassell.
