Hayes, Oleta (Cleveland)

Oleta Hayes, age 96, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Saturday morning in a local health care facility.

Miss Hayes was the daughter of the late Julia North Hayes and Nathaniel June Hayes. Her twin sister, Moneta Ensley, and her brother, Abe Hayes Sr., also preceded her in death.

Miss Hayes was a homemaker and she enjoyed working crossword puzzles. But most of all, she loved helping people. Miss Hayes attended the Ball Play Baptist Church.

Survivors include her nephews, Abe Hayes Jr. and Pat Ensley and his wife Janet, her niece, Sandra Carden all of Cleveland, her special great nephew, Stacy Hayes and his wife Melissa, her great great nephew, Taylor Abraham Hayes, her great great niece, Kelsey Renee Hayes all of Cleveland and several other great nieces and nephews also survive.

The Remembrance of Life Graveside Service and Interment will be conducted on Monday, November 30, 2015 at noon from the Ball Play Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend Stacy Hayes officiating. Nephews will serve as casket bearers.
