Jennifer Kent Exum joins Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C.’s estate planning team to assist clients with estate administration and related litigation matters, conservatorships, and estate, elder law and special needs planning.

Ms. Exum has practiced in the estate law area for nearly a decade and has experience in estate administration and estate litigation. She has represented more than 100 estates simultaneously through her past work with the Public Administrator for Hamilton County, Tennessee.
Ms. Exum currently serves as Eastern division delegate on the executive council for the Tennessee Bar Association’s Estate Planning and Probate section, in addition to serving as a legislative subcommittee member. She is also past-president of the Estate Planning Council of Chattanooga and currently sits on the board of directors. She graduated from The University of Tennessee College of Law and received her bachelor of arts in English literature from Northwestern University.
